Why this matters now

Amazon stopped doing prep in-house. Sellers still need it done right.

Every seller whose products need prep now depends on a partner who keeps shipments moving and inventory in good standing. As of January 2026, Amazon no longer offers polybagging, FNSKU labeling, or bundling at its own fulfillment centers, so that job now falls to partners like us. We built MK Prep Center to handle it well, plus the fulfillment side more sellers now need too: FBM orders and direct-to-consumer shipping, all under one roof.

Services

Everything between your box and your customer — or Amazon's dock door.

01

FNSKU labeling

300 DPI thermal barcodes, correctly sized and placed to cover existing UPCs — no scan failures at receiving.

02

Poly bagging

Transparent, snug-fit bagging with suffocation warnings on any opening 5" or larger.

03

Bundling & kitting

Multi-SKU sets banded and bagged together, individual barcodes blacked out, correctly labeled as a set.

04

Protective packaging

Bubble wrap and air pillows only: no peanuts, no foam, nothing that gets rejected at inbound.

05

Compliance labeling

Team Lift, Mechanical Lift, Fragile, and Liquid labels applied by weight and contents, every time.

06

Boxing to spec

Right-sized cartons within required weight and dimension limits, so there are no rejected shipments over 25" or 50 lbs.

07

Quality control

Every unit scanned and visually checked before it's boxed, so damage and mismatches get caught here, not after it ships.

08

Receiving & staging

Inventory logged against your manifest on arrival, staged separately from processed, ready-to-ship units.

09

Seller Central shipments

With your authorization, we create and manage inbound FBA shipments directly, one less thing on your plate.

10

FBM & DTC breakdown

Bulk inventory broken into individually prepped units and shipped straight to Amazon or your customers, per the order details you send us, with no long-term storage required.

11

Order fulfillment integration

Send us orders by spreadsheet, forwarded confirmations, or a connected store — we handle the rest.

Not sure where to start?

Answer three questions, get pointed the right way.

How do you sell?

Roughly how many units per shipment?

Do any of your products get bundled or kitted together?

Estimate

What would this actually cost?

Real numbers from our rate sheet — check what you need, enter your unit count, see the total.

Estimate only, based on our standard rate sheet. Storage, expedited service, and custom or oversized items are quoted separately. Final pricing is confirmed in your Client Service Agreement.

Quick check

Will your outbound carton meet Amazon's limits?

This checks the finished carton we ship to Amazon on your behalf — not what you send us. Send your bulk inventory in any size box; we'll break it down and box it correctly on the way out.

Within standard limits — should process without issue.

How it works

Four steps, start to finish.

01

Send your manifest

Tell us what's coming and when — carrier, tracking, quantities, any special handling.

+ More detail

A quick spreadsheet or even a forwarded packing list works. We just need SKU counts, expected arrival, and anything fragile, liquid, or oversized flagged ahead of time.

02

We receive & inspect

Inventory is counted against your manifest and any discrepancies are flagged with photos.

+ More detail

Every shipment is checked in by hand before it moves to prep. Short-shipped or damaged-on-arrival units are documented and flagged to you the same day, not discovered weeks later.

03

We prep & label

Each unit is labeled, bagged, and boxed to current marketplace spec, then QC'd before it moves on.

+ More detail

300 DPI thermal FNSKU labels, heat-sealed poly bagging where required, and a final visual + scan check before anything gets boxed, so mistakes get caught here, not at the fulfillment center.

04

We ship it out

Outbound shipment created and sent to its destination, whether that's an Amazon fulfillment center or your end customer. You get a heads-up when it's out.

+ More detail

You'll get tracking info as soon as it ships, whether that's one consolidated shipment to Amazon or a batch of individual orders going straight to your customers.
